Four generation of Topi's family have been the owners of the wine-estate "Il bruscello" in Tuscany at tabarò near suvereto. This level-ground land made of loamy soil is extending on 11 hectares. Laura Topi Celembrini is the actual azienda's manager keen on building a high quality wine that should agree with the farm's tradition as it was at its very beginning as well as with nowaday's development purposes. "Wine like poetry was born out of a project and not out of a mere unfathomable destiny (A.Porta). This thought has become laura topi's reliance when doing important investments in wine-cellar equipment in order to improve wine-making: soft squeezing whit pneumatic pres and controlled fermentation. Flanked by his son michele winemakerthe lady began to classify all the grapes existing on her wine-farm. The most important are: sanGiovese, Trebbiano, followed by Barbera, Malvasia, Ansonica as well as local "Giacomino"which is goingto diosappearn although it was known since the etruscan period back t o the 8th century a.c. Wine refining into barrels is done in the cellars and fermentation of each grape variety is yelded atvery high level. New wine-yards were settled up in 2002 and yet with international Merlot and Cabernet wine plants.
