Pure Merlot. Not a simple wine, but the essence of Tua Rita's production philosophy. In 1988 they planted some vineyards in the heart of the farm, which gave an exceptional fruit. In 1994, Virgilio and Rita decided to take two barriques off production.
So Redigaffi was born, a wine destined to be famous and sought worldwide and one among the first Italians to get 100/cents from the famous critic Robert Parker as for the vintage 2000.
About the name of the wine? From a creek flowing near the farm.
